Candidate Requirements:

• Formal instruction and/or experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming;

• Awareness of Source Control tools (SVN, GIT).

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete work assignments (small projects);
• Modify existing software to correct errors and improve performance;
• Support programing team in analyzing software requirements;

At Syncro Soft SRL we are searching for web developers to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable Web-based tools for online XML Authoring.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a relevant computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• English fluent (both written and verbal).
• Deep expertise in client-side scripting.
• High UX (user experience) skills.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficient understanding of automated testing concepts and tools (TDD, Selenium, unit-testing frameworks).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and the HTTP protocol.
• Basic understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git /SVN).

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and driving sales and revenue through channel partners. In addition to these duties the successful candidate will be required to identify, win and retain clients throughout the word. This is an exciting sales role with a company that is leading the way with its innovative XML editing technologies. Full training on the company’s product range will be provided to the successful candidate.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or business-related discipline.
• 1-3 years of related experience in marketing, new business or software development/projects.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation/demo skills both in person and via phone/web presentation.
• Quick learner, ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas.
• Previous experience in managing channel relationships and other partner programs.
• Fluent in English.

Job description:

• Build, present and implement a strategic plan for each partner. This plan should include expected revenue objectives and goal setting,initiatives required to reach targets, timelines planning and reporting documents and associated processes.
• Provide day-to-day support for partners to help them sell, implement and support Syncro Soft’s software products.
• Understand partner’s business and how Syncro Soft products can enhance their value proposition.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, technical and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
• Supports marketing related events, seminars,trade shows, mailings and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the XML market (working with marketing to ensure key clients and partners attend appropriate marketing events).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, at times on short notice.
